Brabus has unveiled the Rocket GTC DEEP RED, a convertible based on the Brabus Rocket GTS — a shooting brake model that was itself developed from a convertible.
The Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 gasoline engine sourced from the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S Performance. In its standard form, it produces 805 horsepower, but Brabus has upgraded it to unleash 985 horsepower and an enormous 1,817 Nm of torque. According to Brabus, this car can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 317 km/h. Every exterior body panel has been custom-built for this model, such as the uniquely designed front fenders with air vents and the sculpted rear fenders that flow into the rear spoiler.
The name “DEEP RED” comes from the deep red-tinted carbon fiber used on every exterior panel. This same pattern extends to the wheels — designed by Brabus — which feature red carbon fiber aero blades around the spokes. Every body panel is made from carbon fiber.
Inside, nearly every surface is wrapped in bright red leather, with only small sections made from foam or plastic. Any non-red elements are typically carbon fiber or switchgear.
The Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED is priced at €697,800, or around 26.4 million baht.
