The Toyota Corolla Cross in Europe has been facelifted and now includes a new variant: the Toyota Corolla Cross GR Sport. The front grille design closely resembles that of the GR Corolla, featuring a glossy black Toyota emblem, 19-inch black alloy wheels, and redesigned taillights and rear bumper. It comes in a Storm Grey color with a black roof, available exclusively on the GR Sport model.
Inside the cabin, it features sport-style seats similar to those in the GR Corolla, upholstered in suede-like synthetic leather with GR badging and red contrast stitching. It also includes a 10.5-inch central display and a 12.3-inch fully digital driver display.
The vehicle has been lowered by 10 mm, with retuned suspension and shock absorbers. The power steering has also been re-calibrated and now comes with paddle shifters. A Sport driving mode has been added, and the deceleration system has been optimized—when the driver lifts off the accelerator in Sport mode, the vehicle automatically enhances braking force. Additionally, a Snow Extra mode is also included.
The Toyota Corolla Cross in Europe is offered with two powertrain options:
-
Hybrid 140: A 1.8-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine paired with an electric motor, delivering a total output of 140 horsepower, combined with an e-CVT automatic transmission.
-
Hybrid 200: A 2.0-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine paired with an electric motor, delivering a total output of 197 horsepower, mated to an e-CVT automatic transmission, available with either front-wheel drive or intelligent all-wheel drive (AWD-i).
