Tesla Thailand has officially announced the opening of Tesla Center Rama 5, the company’s second full-service center in the country following the Ramkhamhaeng location. The new facility was built to meet the growing demand from customers in the western part of Bangkok and Nonthaburi. It offers a complete one-stop experience, including a vehicle showroom, delivery center, and after-sales service. Visitors can test drive the Model 3 and Model Y in one place and experience Tesla’s latest electric vehicle technologies firsthand.
A key highlight of the Rama 5 center is the first-ever showcase in Thailand of the humanoid robot Optimus Gen 2, demonstrating Tesla’s vision to push AI technology beyond electric vehicles. The opening of this new facility further expands Tesla’s service network across Bangkok, building on the success of the Ramkhamhaeng center, which serves customers in the eastern part of the city.
To celebrate the new opening, Tesla has also introduced the Supercharger V4 in Thailand for the first time. The charging station features a unique graphic design inspired by Thai culture, blending local identity with cutting-edge innovation. The V4 technology supports up to 250 kW per vehicle and features a longer charging cable for added convenience. For example, the Model 3 Long Range AWD can gain up to 282 km of range in just 15 minutes. The infrastructure is also designed to accommodate future upgrades and new features.
As of September 26, 2025, Tesla’s charging network in Thailand includes 32 Supercharger stations (193 stalls) and 13 Destination Charging sites (52 stalls). Additionally, more than 10,000 households nationwide have installed Tesla Wall Connectors at home. This growing charging network ensures a seamless experience for Tesla owners — whether at home, during daily commutes, or on long-distance journeys.
The Model 3 and Model Y remain among the best-selling EVs globally, setting new benchmarks in performance, safety, technology, and design. The Model 3 starts at 1,599,000 THB, while the Model Y starts at 1,719,000 THB. All Tesla vehicles receive continuous improvements via Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates. In 2024 alone, more than 250 new features and enhancements were rolled out, and as of 2025, over 70 updates have already been delivered, further improving performance, convenience, and safety throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle.
The Rama 5 center also offers a comprehensive after-sales experience, including OTA updates, remote diagnostics, and convenient control through the Tesla App, which allows customers to request services with just a few taps. Owners can also access Mobile Service and 24/7 roadside assistance directly through the app. With the launch of the new facility, Tesla now operates five service centers across Thailand, including full-service and Service Express locations, ensuring broader coverage and reducing complexity in EV ownership and maintenance.
