YAMAHA TMAX Flagship Maxi-Scooter Launched in Two Variants, Priced at 539,000 THB and 569,000 THB

Thai Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., the official distributor of Yamaha big bikes in Thailand, has launched its latest flagship maxi-scooter — the “New YAMAHA TMAX 2025” — available in two variants:

YAMAHA TMAX Tech MAX – Priced at 569,000 THB
YAMAHA TMAX560 – Priced at 539,000 THB

Key Highlights of the YAMAHA TMAX 2025

New Front Design:
The entire front end has been redesigned, featuring a new headlight configuration. The position lights now form continuous lines along the outer edges and below the headlight, creating a distinctive "T"-shaped appearance.
Engine & ECU:
Compliant with Euro5+ standards, the engine’s ECU has been updated to maintain excellent power and riding performance.
Clutch System:
Equipped with a wet-type multi-disc centrifugal clutch to match the high engine power. The clutch has been newly tuned for smoother engagement and more consistent operation in all riding conditions. The number of clutch weights has been reduced from 12 to 10, along with new spring adjustments.
IMU & Brake Control (BC):
Features an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) to monitor vehicle dynamics, working in tandem with the Brake Control (BC) system. BC collects data from the front and rear wheel speeds and IMU, sending it to the hydraulic control unit (which includes the ABS module) for real-time processing.
BC enhances braking stability during aggressive or sudden braking and adjusts braking behavior based on lean angle, reducing wheel lock risks. It can be manually disabled via a switch, reverting to standard ABS functionality without cornering ABS.
Tech MAX Wheels:
The wheels on the Tech MAX model are precision cast using a special mold for high-detail finishes before being machine-shaped and cut.
Heated Grips (Tech MAX Only):
Upgraded heated grips provide higher warmth output, better heat dissipation, and an automatic power control system to preserve battery life.
Emergency Stop Signal (ESS):
In the event of sudden braking, both front and rear indicators automatically flash to alert following vehicles.
New Seat Design (Tech MAX Only):
Features a new seat pattern and upgraded upholstery materials.
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) – Tech MAX Only
Cruise Control – Tech MAX Only
Updated TFT Display Interface:
The TFT screen retains 3 selectable display modes. The Authentic Style has been revamped with a new Flat Look design, while the Sporty Style and Intelligent Style options remain unchanged.
Upgraded CCU:
Now supports connectivity with the “Y-Connect” app for enhanced functionality.
