GWM CANNON has been minorly improved with a revised front grille design and a revised 2.4-liter turbo diesel engine. It will be available at the GWM showroom in Australia in February. The starting price is AU$40,490, or approximately 846,000 baht.
NEW GWM CANNON is equipped with a 2.4-liter turbo diesel engine that produces 135 kW or approximately 183 horsepower and 480 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 9-speed AT transmission, which is the engine used in the CANNON ALPHA or in Thailand, POER SAHAR, which is an engine with more power than the original 2.0-liter engine. As a result, the CANON has increased its towing capacity from 3,200 kg to 3,500 kg, on par with its competitors. It claims a fuel consumption rate of 11.90 km/l.
CANNON has been redesigned with a new front grille and a new front bumper design, new wheel arch trims, and new wheel patterns. Inside, there is a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless support. Interior tech also includes a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster and a wireless charging pad.
