Genesis has unveiled the special-edition 2027 GV70 Prestige Graphite at the New York Auto Show, positioning it as a darker, more aggressive, and sportier trim within the lineup.
While full technical details have yet to be disclosed, the model is expected to be based on the Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige. Exterior updates are subtle, featuring dark chrome accents, gloss black mirror caps, and newly designed 21-inch alloy wheels in a dark metallic finish, contrasted by red brake calipers.
The Prestige Graphite will be available in four exterior colors, including two new shades: Bering Blue and Ceres Blue Matte, alongside Makalu Gray and Uyuni White.
Inside, the cabin is upgraded with Ultramarine Nappa leather seats with suede inserts, embossed Genesis logos on the headrests, and carbon fiber trim. Additional highlights include a unique startup animation, red contrast stitching and piping, as well as a suede headliner.
As for the powertrain, Genesis has not confirmed specific details for this variant. However, the current GV70 lineup offers a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 304 hp and 421 Nm of torque, as well as a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 delivering 380 hp and 530 Nm of torque.
Pricing and availability will be announced at a later date. Based on the Genesis G70 Prestige Graphite, which starts at $56,900 (approximately 1,855,000 baht), the GV70 Prestige Graphite is expected to be priced between $60,000–$72,000 (approximately 1,956,000–2,347,000 baht), depending on the selected powertrain.
